Working with me is about taking time to pause, tune in and ask yourself, am I headed in the right direction? To listen to yourself and notice what your life is telling you. I believe that we all have all the answers we need and the ability to live the lives we want, but we can get so busy that we spend more time maintaining the life we don't want vs. creating the life we do want.

In our current situation with the world, a lot of us are feeling overwhelmed/burnt out and get lost in that feeling of overwhelm, hopelessness, or anxiety. We continue to live life in a way that isn't working but don't know how to change it or don't think we have the energy to change it.
Burnout is a sign the something needs to change
It is so common to get caught up in the momentum of where we are that we forget to check-in and make sure we are headed in the right direction, happy with the way we are going, or satisfied with the path we are on. Most of us, myself included, need to make time for ourselves to stop the rushing or tuning out and tune in, check-in, and really listen to ourselves and what our lives are telling us. This is one way therapy can be helpful. It gives you a space to pause.
It is tempting to want a quick fix, a fast solution to our problems, or a totally new direction and personality. But when we pause we often realize that we really do possess what we need and we are actually already pretty close to the person we need to be. We just need to update our direction, dive into the depths of who we are, and set our course from there. I invite you to take time to tune in, listen, and discover the answers you have. There are five areas of self-care that we want to be noticing and checking in with. During your time with me, we will look at each of these areas to get your energy flowing.
I invite you to take a moment and take a sheet of paper out. Divide it into five sections and take a few minutes to write down where you are in each area. How are you filling yourself in each category? Are their areas where you need more support or attention?
Q: How often do I need to come?
A: I recommend coming once a week or every other week. This gives you a chance to start incorporating checking in with yourself so that it eventually becomes a new mode of operating.
I am fully committed to helping you achieve your full potential by coming fully into harmony with yourself and what you want. Just like anything, achieving your full potential takes a commitment. Meeting with a personal trainer for a few sessions may make you feel better in the moment, but it rarely creates the lasting change you were seeking. Growth and change are not a linear process and it helps to have someone help you along the way as you move through this journey. Someone to keep you focused, motivated and aware.
Q: How do you help? Why do I need a therapist or Coach?
A: I help people see their blind spots. Many clients I work with know what they should be doing in theory, but they can’t always see the ways they are out of harmony with how they know they want to be. I can often see what you are missing to help you correct what is off.
Q: What do we do during a session?
A: Each client's sessions look differently. Some clients prefer to talk while others like to incorporate intuitive journaling and mindfulness techniques into session. We can customize your sessions to give you want you need.
Q: What is your availability?

Q: Will insurance cover this?
A: I am out of network for insurance. Learn more by reading my policies.
Q: Do you do couples therapy?
A: I do not provide couples therapy. My colleague does if you are interested in couples therapy. Click here for more information on her services.
Q: How do I know if therapy is right for me or if you are the right therapist for me?
A: Studies have continually found that it is the relationship that is the most important component of therapy working. The best way to see if I am the therapist for you is to come in for a session or two to see if it is a match. I truly want you to find someone you can connect with to do the work you are looking to do and if we are not a fit, I am happy to refer you to another therapist. If we are a fit, I am excited to work with you and dive into whatever it is you are addressing.
Session Fee: $225 per session. Each session is one hour.
