Rates
I am out of network for insurance. I will happily provide a superbill for out of network insurance reimbursement but that is not a guarantee.

Coaching is a separate fee and not covered by insurance.
Therapy Fees
First Session: $95
Ongoing sessions:

Income under $175,000: $225
Income over $175,000: $295
​
Over the years, I have found that therapy is most effective when done weekly or every other week.
To help reduce cost and make therapy more accessible, I offer two different pricing brackets.
*Household income as listed on your tax return. Spouse income is included.
**The rate is based on the payer's income (i.e., if a parent or partner is paying, it is based on the income of the parent or partner).
