I am out of network for insurance. I will happily provide a superbill for out of network insurance reimbursement but that is not a guarantee.
First Session
$95
I offer a discounted first session so that we can assess if we are a good fit.
Standard + Crisis Fee

For less frequent sessions or crisis sessions.
Committed Client Rate
$175 - $295
I offer a reduced rate for those clients who commit to weekly sessions, bi-monthly sessions, or intensives. See details below.
Committed Client Program
Over the years, I have found that therapy is most effective when done weekly or every other week. And in the beginning, I require weekly sessions to provide the most effective and helpful outcome for you.
To help reduce cost and make therapy more accessible, I offer a reduced rate if you commit to weekly or every other week sessions.
Reduced Rate Based on Household Income :
Under $75,000: $175
$75,000- $175,000: $225
$175,000 +: $295
*Household income as listed on your tax return. Spouse income is included.
**The rate is based on the payer's income (i.e., if a parent or partner is paying, it is based on the income of the parent or partner).
You must commit to weekly or bimonthly sessions to qualify for this rate. If more than one session is missed in a month, your rate will return to the base rate (currently $350).

You must also schedule a recurring appointment slot. This appointment can be moved as needed, but I want to ensure you have a spot on my calendar, as it helps us stay consistent.
You MUST reschedule or cancel appointments before the day of your appointment. It is like a concert ticket - I won’t be upset if you have to cancel, but the spot has already been purchased.
