What is the difference between therapy and coaching and how do I know which I need?
Lots of people feel confused by that! There are subtle differences, determined by specific conditions you may or may not have or the frequency of support you require, but the short answer is just schedule a consult >>. I can help you determine if therapy or coaching is a better fit for you. If you're a virtual client from out of state and need therapy, I can refer out to a therapist in your area.
